We’re a small, friendly team who work on-site and across campus to make sure your time at Orlando Village is safe, smooth, and enjoyable. Whether you’ve got a question about your booking, need something fixed, or just want to chat – we’re here to help.

Emma

General Manager

Emma oversees everything at Orlando Village and keeps the whole team running smoothly. With years of experience in student accommodation, she makes sure everything behind the scenes is taken care of. Emma’s always happy to help with any questions or concerns – she’s approachable, practical, and always has time for a chat.

Abbie

Lettings & Operations Manager

Based full-time in the Lodge, Abbie is your go-to for anything to do with bookings, contracts, payments, and day-to-day questions. She’s the person who keeps things organised and makes sure you’ve got all the info you need. If you ever need support with your tenancy, Abbie’s door is always open.

Becky

Social Media Manager

Becky looks after our social media and plans the events that bring everyone together. From relaxed craft sessions to themed nights, she works hard to create a welcoming and inclusive student experience. If you see something happening at Orlando Village – Becky’s probably behind it.

Jayne

Operations Manager

Jayne is our Operations Manager and is dedicated to making sure residents feel supported and at home throughout their stay. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the building and works closely with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly. She is friendly, approachable, and always happy to help.

Joe

Facilities/Maintenance Manager

Joe manages our facilities and maintenance team, ensuring the building, flats, and communal spaces are kept safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. Friendly and approachable, he’s always on hand to help resolve issues and make sure residents have the best possible experience during their stay.

Chrissy

Student Engagement Assistant

You’ll find Chrissy on the university campus at our desk in Chancellor’s Mall, ready to chat about rooms, student life, or anything in between. She’s also the host of our student Q&A panels and a familiar face on our TikToks. Chrissy’s all about helping new students feel welcome and making sure you know what to expect from living at Orlando Village.

Santa

Student Support & Tours Coordinator

Sanata supports new and current students by running viewings, helping with move-ins, and offering day-to-day support. Friendly and approachable, she’s someone you can always turn to with a question or concern. If you’ve booked a tour or just need a bit of guidance, you’ll probably meet Sanata along the way.

Our Housekeeping & Grounds Team

A big part of what makes Orlando Village feel like home is our hardworking team who keep everything looking its best.

Sam, Manisha, Nadia, and Zainab are part of our housekeeping team. They help keep shared areas clean and tidy throughout the week – making your space more comfortable without you having to think about it.
Craig looks after our grounds and outdoor spaces, keeping everything clean, maintained, and welcoming all year round.

They’re an essential part of our team – and we couldn’t do it without them.

Starting from the management and friendly staffs and most especially the on-site maintenance team who are always available to ensure smooth running of the facility. It has 24/7 security. And I mostly love the common room that helps you to balance studies with extra curricular activities and connect with other people.

I was part of the people that Ebonyi State government sponsored for Masters Programme in University of Greater Manchester. I will say that Orlando Village management gives a top notch service. I appreciate their services most especially the warmth welcome we received from Emma when we came in as new students. The members of staff are always smiling, eager to entertain our questions most especially when it is not convenient for them. The height of professionalism that the management team exhibit is top notch. For example, I stay in Room 4 , Flat 21, Block C and when the bulbs and heaters were not in good condition, I came down and made my complaint and in less than 4 hrs  it was fixed, the rooms are always warmth. I have a lot to say but because of time I will stop here but I want to say a very big thank you to Emma and her teams. You made orlando village a home for me and likewise many other people.
