Our form takes just a few minutes to fill out, so be sure to have your UK guarantor’s contact details ready, as they are required for all applications. See our How to Book page for a step-by-step guide. If you are unable to provide a guarantor, Housing Hand may be able to assist.

Once you have submitted the application form, we will process your booking and reach out to request some ID documents.

Please note your room will not be secured until your tenancy agreement is signed. All applications submitted after 5 pm will receive confirmation the next working day. We cannot reserve rooms without tenancy agreements being signed and they will be rented on a first come first serve basis following the signing of the tenancy agreement.
