This is one of the biggest and most popular firework displays in Bolton, set in the spacious Leverhulme Park. Expect an amazing display of fireworks lighting up the night sky, along with food stalls selling everything from burgers to candyfloss. Wrap up warm and get there early to grab a good spot! 

  1. Farnworth Cricket Club Firework Display, Bolton

  • 📅 Date:1st November 2024
  • Time: Bonfire lit at 7:00 PM, Fireworks at 7:45 PM 
  • 💷 Entry: Adults £4 
  • 🚶 Travel Time from Orlando Village: 10 minutes by car or 25-30 minutes by bus.

For those of you looking for a more intimate, community feel, Lostock Cricket Club is a great choice. Their bonfire is massive, and the fireworks display is always a crowd-pleaser. Plus, with student discounts, it’s an affordable way to enjoy the festivities! 

  1. Westhoughton Cricket Club Fireworks Display

  • 📅 Date: 1st November 2024 
  • Time: Gates open at 5:30 PM, Fireworks at 7:00 PM 
  • 💷 Entry: £6 
  • 🚶 Travel Time from Orlando Village: 15 minutes by car or 40 minutes by bus.
  • 📍 Postcode: BL5 2GG

This one is perfect if you’re after a family-friendly atmosphere. The event includes a funfair, plenty of food and drink options, and even a quieter fireworks display for those who prefer fewer loud bangs. Ideal if you’re in the mood for something a bit more relaxed.

  • Dress warmly: November nights in Bolton can be chilly, so make sure to layer up!
