Full Terms and Conditions for Bronze Room Group Bookings.
- Eligibility: This exclusive rate of £125 per week is available only for group bookings of 6 or more individuals for 49-week bookings for the 2025/26 academic year. All group members must be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Group Commitment: All 6 members of the group must stay for the full 49-week duration. If any member drops out or fails to confirm, the rate will no longer apply, and the remaining group members may be required to pay the full price of £139 per week.
- Payment Terms: Full payment for the group must be made by the specified due date. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of the booking and loss of the exclusive rate.
- Cancellation Policy: Group bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, all payments are forfeited. Individual group members cannot cancel or reduce their bookings independently of the group.
- Rate Guarantee: The £125 per week rate applies only if all 6 spots are booked and confirmed for 49-week bookings for the 2025/26 academic year. If the group size decreases at any point, the remaining group members will no longer be eligible for this rate and will be charged the standard rate of £139 per week per room.
- Final Confirmation: All members must confirm their participation and complete their booking details by the given deadline. Failure to do so may result in the group losing the exclusive rate.
- Availability: This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. The offer is only available for group bookings made directly with Orlando Village.
