Emma oversees everything at Orlando Village and keeps the whole team running smoothly. With years of experience in student accommodation, she makes sure everything behind the scenes is taken care of. Emma’s always happy to help with any questions or concerns – she’s approachable, practical, and always has time for a chat.

Based full-time in the Lodge, Abbie is your go-to for anything to do with bookings, contracts, payments, and day-to-day questions. She’s the person who keeps things organised and makes sure you’ve got all the info you need. If you ever need support with your tenancy, Abbie’s door is always open.

Becky looks after our social media and plans the events that bring everyone together. From relaxed craft sessions to themed nights, she works hard to create a welcoming and inclusive student experience. If you see something happening at Orlando Village – Becky’s probably behind it.

Carl leads our maintenance team and handles everything from quick repairs to major refurb projects. He knows the site inside out and works hard to make sure your flat and shared spaces are well-maintained and safe. If something needs sorting, Carl’s your guy – he’s friendly, responsive, and gets things done.

You’ll find Chrissy on the university campus at our desk in Chancellor’s Mall, ready to chat about rooms, student life, or anything in between. She’s also the host of our student Q&A panels and a familiar face on our TikToks. Chrissy’s all about helping new students feel welcome and making sure you know what to expect from living at Orlando Village.

Sanata supports new and current students by running viewings, helping with move-ins, and offering day-to-day support. Friendly and approachable, she’s someone you can always turn to with a question or concern. If you’ve booked a tour or just need a bit of guidance, you’ll probably meet Sanata along the way.
