If you’d like to make sure you’re living with your mates, then simply let us know their names when you apply, and we will be sure to allocate you rooms together. Flats contain six bedrooms and share a kitchen and bathroom facilities – so if you’ve any other preferences such as same sex flats, ground floor accommodation etc, be sure to let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.

Just you? No problem. We take loads of single bookings and with attractive communal areas with a TV, pool table and more, you’ll be making friends with new people in no time.

Our Bolton student accommodation is in a prime spot – within easy walking distance of the main campus and the town centre. With bars, restaurants, and supermarkets all just a few minutes away.

Thanks to our great location, we always encourage students to leave the car at home, but parking is available if needed. This is charged at £15 per week and can be booked at the same time as your room.

Our tenancies for 2023/2024 start on 13 September 2023 and typically last for 49 weeks but if you’ve missed the start it doesn’t mean you have to miss out on a great place to stay.
